Opening hours and policy
The SPA Vignavecchia wishes to inform our guests of the following weekly opening hours and also that every month there will be some extraordinary opening times, when the spa will close at 22:00.

The Management also wishes to disclose the following policy:
- Access to the Spa is not allowed for children under 14 years of age;
- Diving and splashing in the Swimming Pool is strictly forbidden;
- Use of a swimming costume is mandatory;
- Services booked for the morning (10:00 am to 1:00 pm) may be canceled until 7.00 pm on the day before; services booked for the afternoon (1:00 pm to 8:00 pm) may be canceled until 11.00 am on the same day. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we will apply a penalty equal to 50% of the canceled service;
- Gift vouchers are valid for one year. Gift vouchers must be shown and checked before booking. In case of failure to cancel an appointment or with less than 24 hours’ notice, the voucher will be cancelled;
- Any delay on the customer’s part will result in reduced duration of the treatment, to avoid penalizing the next customer;
- To ensure our guests maximum relaxation, we ask that you turn off cell phones and moderate your tone of voice;
- Entering the wellness area without a bathrobe and slippers is not allowed.
